hey guys... looking to swap out my original 4 spd in my fj40 and have been told that a h55 out of a fj60 (i think) will fit straight in... any ideas on where to source one of these and how much should i pay for a good one???

thanks guys... am looking for a manual toyota box with offset t/case (front and rear output) to swap out with my 3spd cruiser box in my fj40 when i swap the motor iut for a lexus v8... fj40 has offset diff heads hence the need for offset box... would rather keep it all toyota

hi everyone... i have bought a 2f engine and 4sd box and t/case to swap with my f engine and 3spd box for my 72 fj40... but... have been offered a 3f engine which i hear is better again ... question is will it drop into my fj without modding and will it fit a 4 spd box from a 2f??? any help ...
