Re: SJ416
Rear brake kit arrived today - I'm kicking myself for not ordering some rear wheel bearings and new seals at the same time! Good to have a few engineers around who I can beg to help, not too sure if I want to be cutting the axles myself. I've transferred my SWB Escudo front brakes onto the front of ...

Slowly got the loom sorted and tidied up, it was getting closer to warrant day. http://i1119.photobucket.com/albums/k624/valleyocclude744/Facebook/SJ416/1597699_10152682457163479_680982669164465835_o.jpg We used electrical glands in the firewall, it was easier than messing around with grommets. We ...
Re: SJ416
So previous owners had covered some pretty serious rubbish by welting some metal over the top of a rust hole, without cleaning the rust up first, this left a gap that filled with mud and water and caused some issues. http://i1119.photobucket.com/albums/k624/valleyocclude744/Facebook/SJ416/10928869 ...

Springs went in eventually and it started coming back together. http://i1119.photobucket.com/albums/k624/valleyocclude744/Facebook/SJ416/10380571_10152415212928479_7065471726665211139_o.jpg The originals had sagged a lot so the 2" lift springs really fixed the ride height. http://i1119.photobucket ...
SJ416
Hi all, About 9 months ago the Mrs and I decided to get an SJ413 to use getting in to her home the Marlborough Sounds. After a search on Trademe we found one in our price range, the photos looked tidy for its age and the owner said the only thing that would affect a warrant was the suspension bushes ...

Re: New Member - Blenheim
Cheers, Looking forward to getting stuck in, I'm currently reading through other peoples' threads and on the hunt for a G16! So far it's just been renewing everything around the swivel hubs, stopping the current engine from dropping fluid and cleaning the sheep out of the back. Looks nice on the new ...

Hi All,
New to 4wding - bought an SJ413.
Got lifted springs etc and slowly fixing things up to make a reliable and fun machine (hunting and general exploring) - looking to fit 31"s eventually.
Based in Blenheim, Marlborough.
