Re: What's good around Palmy North?

Was getting a bit chopped up last winter but not too bad. Takapari is always a nice shiney truck run ...

Re: nissan safari springs in rear of toyota surf?
I'm not 100% sure they would work but I think they would. Unfortunately I'm in Palmerston North no where near Dunedin otherwise I would take your offer and I'm pretty sure shipping wouldn't be worth it.
It's the fronts that would be close to fitting.

Re: nissan safari springs in rear of toyota surf?
I have been looking into this myself. Can you measure them? Are they 370-390mm? If so would give about 2" lift in the rear and I think surf ones are 134mm inside dismayed and 17mm thick wire.

Re: 24v to 12v converter help
If it has 6 wires total normally you have on the in side 24v constant, 24v acc , ground and on the out side 12v constant , 12v acc, and ground. Hooked a few up in patrols for mates. Best way to get direct answers would be to take a photo of the Unit or list a model

If rocking the key used to work it could be the opera terminals in the back of the ignition switch. 1 plug and 2 screws they normally out but I don't own a Nissan so I may be totally wrong.
I got one from the wreakers for $5 last time worked sweet as then onwards.

I will contact him and see what he can do truck is dereg and I don't plan on it being road leagal again while I own it so just something cheap will work.
Front suspension is extremely saggy and the price of resetting the leafs is almost more then a set of already lifted ones
