looking to build a road legal toy, have a few ideas but till i can source the parts im staying pretty quiet lol,
lets just say if it comes off it will be one of a kind and how daihatsu should have made these trucks

yeh the fuel price isnt the worry its all the added extras of rego, road users servicing, as im doing quite a bit of running these days. taken me 2months to use 10,000km road users. as for blowing it out the barrel, i dont have time for that these days only get every third weekend off with working i...

i just cut holes through the chassis with the plasma as my drill soiled its self and stopped working. and i used 5mm plate the same width as the chassis rail as a back plate and grade 8.8m bolts the bash plate is 2.5mm plate, just need to sort another couple of mounts i think. http://i100.photobucke...

if anyone would like measurements feel free. remember though that the rock sliders on mine are designed for the narrow body version so the wide body might need a slightly different width or the ends flared out silghtly

giday im pretty sure that they were front coils that i used as i bought them off trademe they seem very tall though as they have given me the 90mm lift in the rear. i looked at the front cv shafts and they dont seem to be on too much of an angle http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m16/2roky/DSCF8576....

well ive done it lifted the truck with the 80 coils in the arse which gave me a wopping 90mm lift new struts in the front giving me just on 50mm the rear still sits too high though can i go a bit higher in the front or would i be best to scrap the rear and go for the correct 2'' lift coils to level ...

giday just put a set of 80series front coils into the rear of my kzj90 prado
it has given it a lift of 3.5''
now the fun bit of doing the front
would i be best to go for extended struts or just go with a spacer?
