Yeah I was offered a warranty for just over a grand. I'd had a warranty on the car I had before this one and I just thought, nah I won't need it. Just the head, bolts, gasket kit and head machining comes to about $1,365 plus labour. Did you get all the extras done at the same time? True. Ah well, looks like I'll just replace the head and get the cambelt done for now. And then I'll just be careful how I drive and take a break every now and again.
