How much lift?
Not that I have any, just might help someone who does.

Gnerally all the aftermarket stuff is the same size shocks and just heavier springs. I've found ironman and Dobinsons are about the only ones that have rear springs that are captive. My Gabriel shocks are slightly longer in the back than stock. (to suit 4runner).
I still use EFS up front.

If you get longer shocks up front you may damage CV's.

I have had a few conversations with people about putting landcruiser shocks in the rear. The aim of this truck is to make up for the ifs front end by a very flexy rear end with a lokka. What are peoples thoughts?

standard height 80 series shocks give a surf 2" lift, 2" lifted 80 series shocks give surf 4" lift.

I've had standard 80s on a surf and I've put 80 2" lift on back of my surf that's not back on the road yet. will see how they go.

auto unlockers are a good budget option, lokka unlock easier apparently so will see how mine goes in the front. I've used lockright and they seem a bit tight.

Shocks don't give a vehicle lift, Springs do. :-)
