WTD 413 bonnet , release cable and latch

Hi
Looking for a good (but cheap) 413 bonnet to save me trying to hammer the current one straight . Also need a bonnet release cable and latch as they are missing of mine .

might be able to help with cable and latch.
if i have these you can have for cost of postage.
