Thanks mate, standard width currently, Running 7" rims really deep backspacing that hug the hubs and 33x9.5 BFGs, rebuilt 8" 4-pin front Nissan LSD with solid pinion spacer. Final drive ratio 4.875:1. And transfer 2:1. So no where near low enough.
Upper a-arms are about 10mm longer but will be extended 50mm from the centre of the upper BJ mount with brackets made from same strength material as arms, very little leverage then use massive lower balljoint as upper because it will be load carrying.
Steering... I want to go inverted Y-link (eg Jeep Wrangler, Cherokee etc) which will be a total one off, I've never seen it done before on IFS but if I can get the tierod/draglink to follow the arc of the arms, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
