Does anyone know the gear ratios of a l300 4d56t 4wd gearbox?

will give you the info you need. looks like you have two options to choose from. 1st and 2nd gears are the most different between the two.
Do you know what year the donor vehicle is, as it looks like transmissions varied from year to year?
