NOTHING detonates.

NOTHING not even nuke explosions, its just a very fast propagation of a wave front of pressure and heat.

Unfortunately, we dont have the words to succinctly describe the phenomenon, Pity......

Does not negate the fact that Sandy's wagon has increased (by far too much, fukkit) power, such that 'seat of the pants" testing can feel it.
Gas off, old, tired gutless fkn toyda motor. Gas ON, lots more grunt, enuff to piss me off, cos I suspect that that great heavy clumsy top heavy tank now has a better Power to Weight ratio than my beautiful tidy well designed and superb example of cross cultural cooperation, the Ssangyong!!

This whole thread would've been avoided if the opposing parties had been discussing the same thing, not ego tripping

you obviously missed the bit were kiwi bacon realised he didn't understand how load was sensed on a engine and left

and im sorry .. but how do you assume a rolling road dyno gives you a flywheel measurement

i think the only assumption here was that he was all he claimed and so he was taken through the processes of what a dyno is and dose and how it measures work

i don't think anyone needs to come in here and start preaching hind site
reality is the argument started because mr bacon bagged wopass's claims.. and insisted that there is NO WAY fuming could work

i fail to see how that could be anything other than blind ignorance.. not misunderstanding

and just as a matter of fact BUUDY  (my first one was a friendly BUD so why get your knickers in a knot

the thread and discusion/debate is about FUMIGATION and the whole dyno thing was just a side chute which is just a measurement of the increase that the fume gave it. the dyno report IS WHAT IT IS, end of story, it has those numbers at the wheels full stop. its not at the engine so will be different and no where did i ever say that it was or ever will be.

and why would i be ego tripping?? this is a matter of fact fumigation works thread and nothing more, the fact that the cruiser goes like a haunted shithouse is pretty damn cool yea and anyone with a standard cruiser would be jelous

The wheel hp or torque to flywheel hp or torque arguement is always a shit fight! So many variables that anyone who says they can calculate it accurately is full of it!
The dyno figures used here are so good because they show before and after, anything else is just BS. Even saying you have 1400nm at the wheels is irrelevant as change gear and the torque changes so it also doesn't mean much.

So like I said before 118% improvement is frikking cool anyway you look at it and it wasn't a complete slug to start with!

So the end result of this 28 page shit fight is Wopass's 80 goes really well and just maybe he has an idea of what he is doing!

As for the fume'ing info. Who cares? It is safe and it produces power, only a brain dead moron would argue against that!
