any thoughts on this donk to go in flatdeck swb hilux was planning on 1uz but am undecided Do these engines create enough torque for flingin mud with 33 inch tyres

PM me and I will give you contact details of a friend who has done this engine swap. Believe me It goes very well, he runs 35" with low diffs, performs great on and off road.

ALMOST AS GOOD AS A SMOKEY SIX,

The 2.7's are have a lot of low end and spin wheels but they are thirsty.

It is your choice as to what to throw in but you can get a whole comodore v6 cheap enough they are a good motor and fit well from what I have seen.

Still thirsty tho
