QT Hill is owned by two different farms... also DOC have control of some of it. There are a few commercial operators that use QT Hill, Nomad Safaris quads being one of them, they have to get permission from the land owner (one of which lives up the road from Tuckers Beach) and they also have to get consent from DOC.

LOL...had a blast in Cardrona pitty me tires weren't up to it but i was checking everyones out...hehe just gotta make a call on what to get now..still not sure about 33's tho...MMMmmmMMMmmMM..LOL all i see is $$$ for anything i get but at least i'll be able to get places..LOL Ah well next meet soon so i'll do some research.
