napoleons hill access

hi guys we are on the west coast for a week and want to do waipuna tunnels/napoleons hill .what is access like now .am also keen on big river .any recent visits or issues cheers sig

We had a club trip through both in early Nov, with no issues on either track

How geared up a truck do you need to tackle these track at the moment ? We are touring so not in tough trucks.

Good tracks for a standard truck. If it's dry, All terrain tyres are OK too. If wet, be aware of the river level through the Caves - trucks without a snorkel may need to be careful to avoid holes, and the Napoleons Hill climb can get a bit slippery...

Thanks for your info. Heading up that way at the end of this week. Just wondered how long these tracks will normally take if the conditions are ok.

Also does anyone have any gps of Napoleons hill as looked on the map and seems like there are a few different tracks.

Once in there just stick to the most well worn track, it is pretty straight forward
