niva steering
what can i get a steering box out of to put in my niva the standard one cant handle the tyres and just gets looser and looser
Re: niva steering
Nothing bolts straight in.
There have been several adapted (eg Cloggy's http://www.ladaniva.co.uk/baxter/resources/index.htm). There's a Kiwi on lada.co.uk working on an updated version iirc; I forget his name at the mo' sorry, though I think he's on here as well.
I think some people have also adapted 'Zuk ones iirc.

Re: niva steering
does that bolt straight on that would me great
Re: niva steering
This is not something I've done, or even seen, but I believe that it's a relatively straightforward job, with no major difficulties.
How's the one on the FIVA fit?

Ummm.... I had a quick look, and its pretty darn hard to see .
I was going to take pics of it, but I forgot. And now I'm seperated from it again.

No, as above nothing bolts straight in.
See the link I posted, that shows how to put the Cressida 'box in; though bear in mind that it needs to be done differently to get certed here nowadays.
