Depending where you're going it you'll probably need it engineered (you do in NSW) and I don't think you can have SPOA or over a certain amount of lift in QLD.

Apparently not, even if you live in Sydney, where rules are fairly relaxed, and drive through Qld on holiday, I'm told the cops can still issue you with a defect notice, as the vehicle may be illegal in that state
