Hawkes bay tracks??

Hi can anyone help with some ideas of tracks etc??? We have just bought a hilux 4wd its pretty standard slight suspension lift is all, looking for places to go nothing too xtrme missus says not too steep either!

Well there is the play ground along the river at the end of Guppy rd.
This is about 5 km long and is a good place to see what your truck can do.
Even better when there has been a bit of rain like now ...
There are river trips if you want to go that way ... you can go for miles in the summer.
A good idea to take a mate so you can pull each other out.

I'm looking forward to seeing what others come up with ...
There has to be something out around the bay.

Then theres big hill station ... anybody know who you see to get in there ???

guppy rd good idea thanks, I came across a track/road while hunting its called takapari rd and is a bit of a drive as access is on palmy side, it runs back up towards Dannevirke and goes to a doc hut and beyond had some big puddles and ruts etc on the bit I walked. Has anyone done this rd?

yea weas the tracks? me and some mates have a track starts at fernhill bridge and finishes by chesterhope river, not a bad little run!
