Yep, mine arrived today as well. Although I haven't spent two hours stroking it.
First impressions are that it all looks quite good. The quality of the paint and assembly look spot on. All the stickers are applied nice and straight which may not do much for the way it operates, but it does show that they (Runva) must have a reasonable quality assurance program in place at the factory and that the workers take some pride in their work.
Came double packaged (box inside a box) and all was well protected.
So far I am very pleased. Now for the install. Glad I bought the mounting plate as well. It will make fitting a breeze.

I emailed them last night and got a reply stating that a heap(mine included) were sent out on Monday. So I'm guessing a fair few of us will see our winches before the weekend.

The aisin winch, make sure you set it up so that the cable comes off the bottom of the drum, rather than the top
was going to do that anyway because its just the way my fairlead sits it would spool better,is there a reason for it coming off the bottom??
rather than the top
thanks vince

Could be due to the mounting bolts being on the bottom, it is a better leverage setup. If it was pulling on the top, would put heaps of stress on the rear bolts
Got a Daihatsu Something, hasn't got a Daihatsu engine.... or diffs.... and it doesn't have windows.... or doors.... but its got tyres....

Real men use open diffs... Jerry your are a skite, OK I'm jealous, my winch looks good sitting in its box, thanks to the guys who sortrd out the deal. My wife reckons as I already wear glasses I must be blind but 2 hours of stroking it wont help my elbow

Correct. Also make sure you have four bolts in the front of the winch, not just the four in the bottom...

I haven't pulled the winch apart
But the solenoids/relays in side the black box are truly water proof!!
The small on/off switch did not look up to the weather so I by-passed that -
Wired in side the cab! - also stops tampering
& the cordless remote receiver I don't think would put up with a good dunking in muddy water

But to good not to use so I wired it in permanent but out of harms way

& the few times I've used mine GREAT performance
