yup a sense of humour.

muddies if you have em, tow hooks would be advisable if your planning on getting stuck, i know i might be.

The challenge rock is driving those lines you guys do but in the wet  that separates the boys from the men, none of this "only in the dry" crap  one slip and your in the poo, just like being at home really.

I'm keen, I've walked, biked and made to many excuses not to do this track :D. Meet at the bottom of the track I assume. From where I sit it looks like its pissing down right now :? Will be interesting :D
When it's shut down, can you still bike it?

They can't shut it down! I haven't made it the whole way yet haha. I'm goin further each week though.

I might been keen, don't have muds but have brand new A/T's on the back and the same but 4 months old on the front.
Only have a tow hook on the back tow bar as well but I don't know how hard I'd want to go anyway. I'm not overly confident of what I can and can't do yet.

Also my hub is a bit munched but she'll be right!

Would someone want to give me a ride from the point that I call it quits if I make it? :P

those on AT's be warned , worsleys in the wet is definitely not recommended unless you know what your doing. panel damage will occur. If your hub is munched Taz i wouldnt be taking it as getting it back down can be just as tricky in the wet than getting it up as you cant cross ruts or get out of them once your in them.

If the track is wet, then I only recommend those with muddies and the ability to assess the situation their vehicle is in.

Bring a spade, you may need it and plenty of recovery equipment if your planning on coming.

Heard through the grapevine that logging rights are in action or something and the only access is worsleys hence development of road and then the land etc. I could have heard wrong though.

Resource Consent is going through for subdivisions along it, so the road is going to get tar sealed eventually.

The land has already been split into 15 lots, all owned by McVicar Timber Group Limited.
