GQ speedo problems

Hi All,
last week I filled up the GQ and the gauge only went half way and stayed there and has not moved since, Never had a problem before, I disconected the battery and did not move.

How easy is to get the dash out, Any susjestions???

Its a piece of cake. Couple of screws at bottom of panel, then a few round the instruments, then a couple of plugs.

I had an issue with mine a while back after having the dash out. It ended up being just dirty contacts on the plugs. I cleaned them up (scratched em up with a knife) and out it back in.

All things worked well afterwards!

You say dirty contacts,"Where" Are you refuring to where it plugs into the back ?? Do you have to disasemble the speedo unti??
Looks like I have a Sat. job

Just the plugs that plug the unit to the vehicle, you dont need to disasemble the instrument cluster.
