not east....but up

you know how the loop track dives off to the bottom..... there is that pretty hard core track goin up to the top clearings there as well.... would require a bit of winching and spade work to get up but its do-able...look at it on the day

I have heard that the cozy club aren't too happy about ORE members tagging along on their trip. As I see it it's a public track and ORE members are going along on there own trip. As a new member to the 4x4 scene I thought it was a great opportunity for members of different clubs to get together and meet other people with the same interests but obviously that is an issue for some people. I am still keen to go if other members are or do we let them play on their own.

Hi All, all is fine with us at the cozzie. As Diorama said, its a public track and anyone is allowed up there. There is be around half a doz of us Cozzie folk going up on Saturday in our group and if we come across others then sweet. Should be entertaining as we've only been up there a few times so others with rougher bush trucks could show us a trick or two. Only problem I see is that it could be a little busy with the amount of traffic that could be up the track at one time. Should be a good day. cheers

dont think they have issues about ORE members coming, more the fact that there were/was 15 odd trucks looking to go, which would make it a farily big exercise.

I talked to Jinx about this very issue and he said he didnt mind.

you wanna see the traffic jams up there when the manukau club goes up and the waikato at the same time

if theres only a few of you guys and only a small bunch of us its all good, makes for a slow trip up and back but all good fun as it gives everyone a chance to see other styles of driving and take plenty of photos etc.

im aiming to be at the track around 10am ish, how about you guys ?

Everything sounds good. Just thought I would raise what I had heard as I can't be bothered getting involved if there is ill feeling between groups. Just out to have a good time and meet lots of people with same interest.
I'm not certain I will make it as I noticed today my brake pedal was slowly sinking to the floor. Not too bad so will see what its like on the drive to Tomo's. If I'm not there by 10 don't wait around.
