Not going to be able to make this one Malcolm, bit of a bugger, sitting around solving the worlds problems at your crib sounds like a good time.

Here's how I see it going

Check WOF's and rego at the car park

Double check to make sure that all vehicles are certed

Conducted your own spot checks for faults

Safety brief, make sure people understand that the big 5 foot signs saying "KEEP OFF" means you aren't allowed to go there. Repeat it every second sentence just in case they forget.

Have maps and GPS just in case you have forgotten where your bach is. Once you get there remember to mark on the GPS in case you forget the next time.

Marker post the track in case people get lost and can't figure out what a track looks like. (it's the two lines on the ground that the last 400000 vehicles have driven over)

Set up a committee to discuss the best ways of getting over the gate, include signal men with flags, public announcements on the media, flashing safety lights etc

When you get over the wall, remind people not to drive past the big ass signs saying "KEEP OFF" just in case they didn't hear you the previous 400 fckin times.

When you get to the bach ensure that all keys are handed in (don't throw them in a bowl  ) to ensure nobody has one drink and then drives (there could be check points in the sand dunes)

With your clipboard take minutes of the meeting and post them on the Assn site so nobody can read them, and anybody who can, won't

ORRRRRRRR (gag the DEA (Do-Gooder Enforcement Agency))

Drive like you stole your vehicles with little or no regard

Drink like there was no tomorrow

Run over, maim, kill and otherwise reek havoc on all forms of fauna and flora indigenous to the area.

Smoke, bbq or generally ingest aforementioned plant and animal life

Do several illegal activities that can't be mentioned on a public website but are friggin good fun!

Get so wasted that you start a fight and say profound statements like "Eye ish cunna kill you tooo death" followed by "Youish my bessist frien, I luv you lisish a brotha" and then fall asleep

I kinda see it leaning toward option two

PS. I have a box of piss for Beer Tara from da movie people (finally)

Nope wont be round there this weekend. Beer Tara is up north visiting outlaws.
We wont be round there again until new years..bunks all booked out for new years now.

Plenty of camping space left though if you can find a flat spot that you wont get run down on!
