Anyone planning a trip @ Xmas in HB?

I'll be up at my folks place in Hastings for Christmas.

I'll be there from the 23rd to 27th Of Dec. Would anyone be keen on a trip? I'll only have my 31's on, but that doesnt mean too much (could bring my 33's if required)

Can vehicles be taken out to the ganetts? Either down the beach or possibly via the private road?

Another idea Id like to do again is head up to the trig tower at te Pohue.

Would anyone be interested if I was to try and arrange a trip up to Te Waka at Te Pohue? It with be a grade 1 trip (from memory its just a rough gravel road)

Pretty straight forward.

I dont know if its possible, but If people are keen, I'll do some ringing round.

Id look at sunday 30th Dec

Got mates up in wairoa as well...my dads up in Hastings too I haven't decided whats happening over xmas yet .... maybe I should head up there as well :lol:

Well I managed to get up Te pohue/Te Waka yesterday. No exactly a 4x4, but was great to get up there again.

yea could do!! we found a mint spot on sunday mudholes that ate my mate surf on 33s huge lift, real good fun,

In havelock on sunday my truck was parked covered in mud adjusting TRE, i busted my alignment badly, so i had major toe in!!

I was suprized to see how much water was in the tuki, I went to go fishing and it wasbloody flooded, haha
