spare wheel carrier

Hi, I'm looking to move the spare wheel carrier on my safari up and over so I can get the 35" wheel on the back. Has someone got a plan I can use?

I moved mine up 4 inches, outboard 1 inch and aft 1 inch. It was a good position, but the weight of the wheel, even on a light alloy rim was to much for the door to handle. The frame started to bend and crack. I now have the wheel inside with a draw storage system. A better way to mount it would be to modify a spare wheel frame from a Surf, Landcruiser or Terrano to fit on the rear of your wagon.
