is there anyone in CHCH that would be keen to put a VX front diff together.

if i can find someone then ill get one sent over from Aus.

ok cos there is no interst ill change the question.

as the front diff is out should i put in 5.29 ratios into both diffs to help out with the 35" tires and to help with the crawing low range as i wont be aloud to get the cruiser crawel box

If you change to 5.29 gears your rpm well increase approx 600rpm so at 100kph rpm well be 2600ish,way to high IMO,4.6 would be a better ratio.

Can you not find another std 4.1 gear set second hand???

Low range in the VZ Cruiser is quite good (2.448) even with 35's its more than low enough for most situations,bar rock crawling of cause.

I would do the diffs but not in a position to for some time with a broken leg
