I would pull the caliper off and replace the piston or give it a good clean. Only takes about an hour to fully rebuild a caliper.

but to do that he needs to get the piston moving....

try "inox". its a crc type stuff. works wonders. other than that you could maybe try a bit of heat? will stuff the seals tho.

Hi Mudslinger,
There is a trick with Isuzu rear disc's.
You need to back off the alan screw that adjusts the handbreak

Have a look about half way down ...

There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.

Pull the caliper off and blow compressed air into the brake fluid inlet, make sure ur get a good seal so pressure builds up, the piston will come out with a lot of force if its seized well so be careful. I reccomend a block of wood in front of the piston so it doesnt do any damage.

compressed air only works on one piston. youll still have trouble getting the others out.

haha i spent hours trying to push my MU's piston back in, finally took it to a mechanic, and he showed me the little allan screw that needs undoing.

the funny thing was, we had pushed the other side piston back in with very little effort  haha something must not have been right.
