I assume that you're talking about the Tauranga River - it's a very nice trip but not at all challenging - unless you head downstream.........then there are some nice deep holes
There are also a couple of small side diversions and of course I'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find some deeper holes to play in.

Right, looks like the weekend is going to be the 26th and 27th of November.
It'l be a shiney run as furgus said, brush marks being the only definate damage if you are sensible.

Must come self sufficient with own tent etc, there is no gaurantee's that the hut will be vacant.
Posibility of looking at another track in the Motu on the Sunday. Its been about two years since i did the track, so it will be interesting to see if its still driveable!!!!!
