Big thanks to youse fella's and chicks who turned up got a lot done, next one was thinking this coming Sat and an optional overnighter (ie get pissed :drunken: :puker: )

Tracks need to be checked and cleared and maybe a little bit of digging and then we all have to test them of course.

Great day up there guys, wong way, wacko, suprise, nicks hole and bean hill are much more managable now and quite a few bogs drained of excess water

Another day next weekend and the place will be good for the Wgtn Anerversary weekend Rallywoods/Akka's trip.

sounds like you guys are getting the tracks ready for a great welly anniversary weekend. I may have to go, seeing as how apparently nobody wants to read about our non 4wd related activities   So that means I will have to actually get my truck off road to be able to tell you about it and be allowed

Tracks on offer are anything from easy to just about impossible. You decide which ones you want to drive. No one will make you do something you don't want too (although there will be a fair bit of encouragement) and if you want to try something out there are plenty of people around to get you out of a spot of bother should you need it.
It is a great place and well worth the trip.

Had fun today. Just removed half a dozen or so gorse prickles from my fingers (must remember to wear those gloves I had in the back of the truck a little sooner next time). Will be keen on doing another working bee but unfortunately I won't be able to make the next one on Saturday as I'll be out of town.
But if any of you guys spot my shovel while your in there, I'd love to have it back. She was a goody one and a present from my dad.

Bit hard when he has his learners/restricted etc, remember we had to babysit Mr O and Turoa and that was a pain in the a55, he is coming down for the 3 day weekend with Yorick or Mercutio (hope they don't forget their earplugs or have a loud stereo), once he gets his full he can go where and when he wants.....

PS I invited him and if you hassle him too much you are going to get a 12hr towhook lecture.....taking him thru the bogs in Curlys truck will be acceptable

what the #### are you on about jerry? I never had anyone pick me up and take me to a trip (I did get a tow home from Mark once, cheers bud). Nor did I need babysitting when I was on a trip. So STFU and let him drive down if he wants to.

Im still on my restricted and can drive wherever the hell I want.
