33" spare

hey guys, just fitted a set on 33" muds to my hilux and need a 33X12.5X15 (mud tyre preferably) spare. if anyone has one thats nearing the end of its life they want to get rid of cheap in chch please let me no.

Try Goose. He had some. I have one but you'd have to run a tube in it.

i take it that meens yours has a hole in it? where abouts and how big? what sort of tyre and how much you wanting?

I have a BFG Mud terrain thats a 33 x 9.5 that is surplus. Has about 60% tread from memory.

thanks but 9.5 will prob be to small because mine are 12.5s

Its only a narrower tyre to use as a spare, still the same height. nothing wrong with that, especially if you still store it under the back of the Lux, there is less tyre hanging down to collect off road. If you store it inside or in the deck it takes up less room.
I have a 35/10.5/15 as a spare for my 35/12.50 tyres and a 33/9.5 as a spare for my 33/12.50/15, its quite surprising how much less room a 9.5 wide tyre takes up in the back of the surf. though I now have to hang my spare off the back door as a 35 doesn't fit that easily in the back of the Surf

good point, 33" wont fit under deck because of exhaust so gone throw it in the deck

i got a 33inch tyre you can have for free. its road tread though. 027 222 8793 if you want it
