Looking at what parts are needed from a 90 series Prado that I need for fitting the intercooler onto a 70 series Prado
If anyone has done this, could you please make a list.Thanks.

Talk to Andi D on the other forum or Pradoman here.
Intercooler, rocker cover, throttle cable, Throttle butterfly and I am sure some other bits too. Not yet done one but is on the plan.

Not sure if I will use the factory setup though cos all the engine heat will just heat the intercooler at High load - low airpeed. Then the problem just gets worse.

On top of the intercooler bits, you will need a bonnet scoop as well kev. The 90 has a ducted air system that picks up air from behind the grille and runs it through ducts on the bonnet. Bonnet scoop would be way easier, and I reckon it would work better as well.
