Could be worn suspension bushes, broken or worn engine and/or gearbox mounts, soiled clutch disc (oil on disc), broken springs in clutch disc and probably another few possibilities.
What I have learned from owning a Land Rover is that if the front left wheel is wobbly, it is probably the right rear wheel which needs adjusting.
So check carefully and start with the easy bits, suspension and engine/gearbox mounts.

Hi,

I've had this on an old Series and it was the propshaft UJ's that were badly worn and causing some slack. The judder at low speed was the propshafts 'wobbling' and when at higher speeds the force took up the slack and no judder. Cam on all of a sudden as well, not over a long period of time.

Worth a look?
