Inline fuel Filter - wanted

Post by Rotazuk »

Hi
Since I am sorting the fuel tank on the 4wd I want to clean up the lines . I want to run a fuel filter prior to the fuel pump .
The pump inlet is 12mm . Anyone know where I can find an inline filter with 12mm bayonets ?
Ripco and the like only have 6 or 8mm . Anyone know a car model that may have it ?

Cheers

No idea what you mean by a CAV filter . Anyway the tank is behind the seats and the fuel pump is under my seat and I just want to run a filter before the elec pump . I have the factory efi filter in the engine bay .

Im still looking .

Cheers

Dan

A descent low pressure fuel filter (suitable for pre fuel pump) should be about $5.00

It probably should be only $5 but finding one with 12mm or 1/2 inch fittings is a pain and the time I spend looking for one $30 is easy . Never came up on my tard me searches :(

Cheers
