Rallywoods is privately owned property in Wellington between Porirua and the Hutt Valley, which borders the Akatarewa forest, has been used for biking/4wding etc for years, used to be forestry.

if you are staying the night(s) check your sleeping bag is a winter one (they should have a label on them) as it got a wee bit cold in the hut last night (its even worse in the tents), bring a nice warm blankie or 3 as Reece wasn't sharing his last time.

Reason behind that Jerry as I only had one! the young fella had both mine and his sleeping bag..... and it was a blanket not a blankie like the one you have Jerry

This weekend we need builders, builders and more builders!! not to mention labourer's as well. We have walls to line, walls to build and a roof to cover, not to mention finishing of the inside of the hut and then cleaning it all up/out as well!! It is going to be a busy weekend.

See you all there!

Ok so from what I hear don't let Taz cook the breakfest unless you like charcoal  see and you thought my charcoaling was bad

Good weekend, doors are on, woods needs to be left to dry for the next 2-3 weeks, plumbers are doing their bits in the next week or 2, whick just leaves a wee bit of finishing work, Beer Tara lost his new Zuk and broke a diff and it took 2 hours to recover it this morning.

Took my new green truck up and the air mattress fits in nicely in the back ...the seats fold down, (right next to the blankie) just need a plasma TV next....which was a good thing coz Mark (and Jake and Ollie) were in the hut and one of them was powerchucking all night, good to see you and the kids up...I guess we can't hassle you for a whilst for not coming on a trip now.....I hope they enjoyed the lolly and coco puff breakfest  and have you cleaned all the mud off them yet? we will find some bigger mud holes for them to drive their 3 wheelers thru.
