5m-ge thermostat housing

can any one help me' i'm after a 5m-ge themostat housing the complete unit, the one on my motor is broken, i could get it welded or a new one ex japan would cost $180 +gst, anyone know a good aluminium welder in chch, or does anyone have that item laying around spare on your garage floor

Garry at PAD Racing in Hands Road is the best TIG welder I know in town. Lots of experience massively modifying British Touring Car alloy heads.
I use him a lot.
P.S. He's got a damn fine Dyno too.
