4WD Fibreglass

Post by donjohnson »

Anyone have any experience dealing with these guys or have any parts from them?

I'm thinking about converting the beast to fibreglass bit by bit and wondering whether any one has had any experience with them? Cheers.

Assuming you are talking bout http://www.4wdfiberglass.com/ ??

If you check out the gallery section, there are some of the top guys in trialling and winch challenges that use there products. I know of a few others that have there bits and seem good quality. Is pricey, but no more rust problems

Yea, that's the one - I assumed they'd be good, but just wanted to hear any first hand stories.

Thanks for the response.

I brought a 40 series windscreen frame and front headlight panel from him 10 years ago, like rex said it isnt cheap (it wasnt back then) but the stuff is well made and fits ok.

I just picked up my 40 series bonnet from them today! Seems to be a good fit but Ive only got the firewall to match it up to. Not a lot of factory panels on a rock buggy.
