I know I am looking at a transplant in the future, but in the mean time, are there any cost effective ways to get more out of the 'ol lump? Basically looking for cheap power from what I have!!

Thanks,
Shane

But we all percieve we need more power, and I guess the correct question I should have asked, rather than about the 4.500 V8 was what oil burner should I look to replace the 3B with, and I wanna stick with Toyota too.

....so watch this space, maybe I can find one at a good price......the only downside seems to be the rotary fuel pump, but maybe I could get someone to adapt a mechanical one....or are the rotary type ok?
Thanks all,
