31's will fit, need to bash a seam over here and there on the firewall, and get 15x8 rims with the most negative offset you can, I have Speedy Desert rats, which are negative 24mm and no rubbing anywhere, mind you I have fawk all flex
Cheers

yep, as jafa said, 31s with lots of guard "massaging" and offset rims etc. The drive train can cope with upto 33" tyres, only thing is your gearing will be up the $hit

you can try 30" litlle bit narrower still gives good turning circle and not so much hassle with the gearing, but they dont look as good as 31's

I'm running 31x10.5 on 15x7 Mangles on my narrow track 413 , think they are about -24 offset
2" spring lift and 1" shackle lift.
The front tires rub on the rear of the spring pack at full lock , makes for tight turning off road :?
At full articulation the rears rub on the inside of the wheel well, the fronts rub on the shock mount and top of the wheel well.
My self and the previous owner have massaged the seams well out of the way in the front and i'm thinking of moving the front diff forward 25mm to stop the little bit of rub on the firewall at certain angles.
I also have 25mm bump stop extensions fitted front and rear.

Gearing wise with the stock 413 transfer and 3.9 diffs its a pig. Over runs going down hill in low first and have to keep your foot on the break. 2nd low runs out of power up hill and you have to rev the hell out of the engine to get speed out of 1st low.
Have been considering dropping back down to 30.9.5  but just cant bring myself to put on smaller tires.

I have a rock lobster conversion in progress(combination 84 410 and 85 413 gears) ,18% lower in High and 80% lower in Low. Should put the gear back to about normal with 31's in High range on road
But ultimately Trial Gear or Calmini transfer gear set ,then I can run 32's

Im still amazed though where a stock Zuk can go just on factory 29's

Yar I'm lucky, mine has 5.3 diffs, so gearing is sweet  Mine also has a 1" body lift which helps alot with clearance, Mine dont rub on springs, shocks or body at all now. 31x10.5's (Hankook RT01's) on 15x8's -24
