Yeah looks the business. But unless we get some wicked volcano action there isnt much need for air shocks in nz due too our lack off rocks for rock crawling (north island anyway). I know some of the guys down the mainland have rocks, but due to all the other terrain they wheel I dont think you can justify setting up for these shocks.
Closest we have to Rock crawling would have to be the nationals, but these guys set there vehcile to run close to bumpstops and rely on fiddle brakes to get round/through obsticles. Some do run airbag suspension too.

Which reminds me, the next round of the nationals is being hosted by the south waikato 4wd club. Heading south on highway 27 (from Auckland), go past the coromandel turn off, go past the tauranga turn off and I think it is the second road on the right after that. Be all signposted around that area anyway
8th of January. Nice way to spend the last day of holidays 8)

Happy to be corrected on my air shocks statement too

i was thinking more about the long travel and articulation available at relativley cheap price, ive seen them for about 400nzd/pair and seafreight with USPS is only $20 US for 10kg - (almost worth getting some big ol` tyres at those sort of freight rates)
