datsun doublecab d21 diff ratios

hi all,my brother n law has a not so good diff,does anybody kno where to find the diff ratio code?were considering puting a hilux diff in but need to confirm the specs,ive tried jackin it up and spun the wheels,looks like 4.75ish and dont wana pull the diff cover off if i can help it,any help much appreciated

not sure where u ca find the code, but i have a full set of hilux diffs for sale, $400, pretty sure they are
4:5 all steereing and front springs there,
let me know if ur interested

there should be a nissan factory plate,on the drive sid near the firewall,or possibly on the inner guard with the factory specs on it.

have a look on that, sometimesthey have info stamped on there,sometimes not.if the info is there,it will say for eg hf46,that tells you its a hf type diff(not sure what the F it means) and 46 means its 4.6:1 ratio,
