Wiring the 24v china winch

Hi All,


At long last I am wiring up my winch , I waited until my 10mm synthetic rope arrived.

My auto electrician is unsure as the diragram is not very clear.

It's the blue terminal on the winch motor is the problem , We can work out all the wires except the blue wire, There is no blue wire on the control box, What goes to the blue terminal on the winch motor.???
