BJ40 wont turn off

Hey all, just brought a Bj40 and it wont turn off, im having to stall the truck to make it. Any suggestions on what it might be? thanks

they have an edic device that shuts off the fuel flow to the engine..sounds like it is faulty..it works a metal rod to the injector pump it should move the rod when you shut it off..does that make sense.. Check this out

yup found it, the rod is stiff. i can move the rod to turn the truck off with a little bit of force, is ther a way to adjust it somehow to make it work ?

they have to move three ways fully forward middle and back i would try to disconnect the rod from the solenoid unit and see if its the rod or the unit then go from there .. if its the rod i would just try to lube it up with crc or somethig similar if its the unit i dont know
