I don't know how to put pictures on here. That's why I just copy and pasted a link to the only place where I know how to upload photos. If anyone can can give me blond-bimbo proof instructions to putting them on here would be fnatastic

theres a step by step link in the help section on how to upload pics. basicly you have to upload them to a website like photo bucket or your bebo page which you can obviously do ok,then when your looking at the pic on the website(not your p.c) you right click the pic and go to properties in the drop down, then copy the URL or address and paste it into the thread reply box where your posting, then highlight the URL and click the IMG button in the tool bar on the top of the reply box and then try preview to see if it worked..... (helps to have both web pages open at the same time. )

like your avatar, if you right click it and go to properties you will see the URL of it as this when you copy paste it into your post
download/file.php?avatar=2725_1205645397.jpg
then when you highlight it and click the IMG button you get this
Image

make sence ? i just read it back and im confused now

so kewl

I haven't looked at the photos, so can't comment about that (in fact I have never been on Bebo or Facebook, man that shows my age). But would encourage to keep this discussion family friendly.

Reading some of the message here it seems, you had provided a link that contained personal and 4wd photos. I would strongly suggest you create two separate accounts or figure out a way to separate your albums (one public, other for close friends by invitation only). As for others, she had provided a link with a bit of naivety, can we just remain civil and show her the respect that everybody deserves (and not comment about her personal photos - unless she gives explicit permission to do so).

Thanks. I know members of this forum are mostly intelligent and courteous people.

Here is a "how to" for posting photos.

http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7367

Just keep in mind that ORE is not hosting new photos for the timebeing, so you will have to use something like Flikr or Photobucket. I use Photobucket and it works fine.

Don't worry, I don't belong to the PC brigade. People who know me can vouch for it (I am probably one of the least PC people around). But I do respect people's privacy and don't like alienating or embarrasing people unnecessarily. Fun within the bounds of decency is all that was requested on my part.

As for ORE, it is what it is because of all the fun characters participating here. It would be dead otherwise.
