F@#kwits stole my steering wheel?

So I took Ooza into a mates work place in Christchurch, on waterloo road to get some work done. Drove up the long drive (a few businesses alongside - mechanics etc) and pulled in behind a 12 foot fence, which is made from 50mm square tube covered with thin steel plate. Left it there overnight to come back and work on the next day.

At 22:57 on wednesday night some farker driving a white car drove out of the drive and was captured on CCTV - my mate called the cops and he's waiting for them to come down today - if they ever come.

They jumped the fence, stole my steering wheel (???) smashed my fuel cap and syphoned the gas. Now what the f$%k? There were jerry cans in the back worth a hundy, they could have taken anything off the engine, and my wheels / tyres could have been taken too - 35's. The place hasn't been burgled for 15 years, and they didn't steal anything from out in the yard either.

They tried to start it but the kill switch saved me - dunno what they would have done but getting through that fence would have caused some carnage.

Just thought you should all know - if some c##t offers you a steering wheel with a toyota boss kit then give him a beat down for me. Its a black Saas wheel with red stitching - not worth much but ##### me off anyway.

We're not sure if it's someone from another business down that way, because I can't work out how someone would have seen it from the street, or even by driving up - there's just no way they'd know.

I'm in Christchurch - central city is where I live, but the truck was out in sockburn/hornby at the time.
