Air temp performance 'chips'

Hey everyone.
I have just got hold of some of these Air Intake Temperature Sensor bypass 'Chips' if anyone is interested??

They are a resistor to you and me, not a high performance ecu upgrade as i've seen on TM and ebay.....

I put one on my V6 Escudo and it has given it a bit of a bottom end increase which helps a bit on long hills, but it certainly hasnt made it fire-breathing monster!!

They work differently on different cars. My mate's Beemer 325i has had an 18bhp increase, straight up......no, honestly!!

Anyway, i've got quite a few and they are just sitting in my drawer, so if anyone wants one give me a shout.

How does $15 sound, that includes the resistor, fitting instructions and postage through the normal post?

I fit the one on my scud in less than 2 minutes, and i'm paralysed in one arm!!! They are easy to do, the hard bit is finding the sensor.

They only work on PETROL FUEL INJECTED engines, so thats about 1989 onwards??
Dont think they work with turbo's, but not tried????

a couple of days ago. I haven't recieved it yet so can not comment on the performance; but I paid almost 3 times that price

I will be fitting mine to the 1fz in my cruiser, more as an experiment than anything else.
