I have recently bought a new Ssangyong Actyon Sports 4WD Double Cab. (You can view the specs etc at http://www.ssangyong.co.nz/actyonsports.html) The Actyon Sports represented much better value for my money than other double cabs on the market. (

It has a 2.0 L common rail turbo diesel. The spec's qoute 104 kw @ 4,000 rpm and 310 Nm @ 1,800-2,750 rpm. The motor is a Mercedes-Benz design and has MB components. It has a very spacious comfortable cabin and therefore a slightly smaller tray. The family appreciate that balance.
The Actyon Sports utility won the AMI Insurance/NZ Autocar Ute of the Year for 2006.
I've seen at least one other Ssangyong owner on the forum - how many others are lurking out there?
Once I figure out how to post pictures I'll show you what it looks like.
As I am new to 4WD driving, can anyone recommend 4WD training courses or trainers in the Christchurch or Mid/Central Canterbury area? (I live around the corner from Burnham Camp.)
Once I have the vehicle run in I'll be interested in the training and then some easy 4WD driving - don't want to scratch or dent the new ute too soon.
Thanks in advance
Actyon Man.
