jeep bumpers

Post by jsttzn »

I have a 96 Wrangler Sport and am wanting to put the double tube bumper/nerf bars on both front and rear 8) . I believe they are made by Rampage...or Rugged Ridge but as of yet have found no NZ dispatcher for these brands. Any ideas where to find them, or know of a local company that makes something similar?? :?:

Contact "justjeep" on Trademe. Greg is getting some more gear in from RR, I'm sure he could slip what you want in there.

In fact, I've just called Greg for you, and he's looking at getting some in on his next shipment!! You can call him on 0210554549 to discuss details.

Greg would be your contact for Rugged Ridge.

Welcome to the Board, can you post up some pics of your toy?

There are a few Jeep freaks here, so feel free to ask and share your experiences.

Just remembered, there was no 1996 Wrangler (just so you know). Square light Wranglers (YJs) were from 1986 to 1995, newer shape Wranglers (TJs) were from 1997 to 2006. Now we have JKs.

Prior to 1986, designations ran with CJ series.

The TJ shape came out around Northern hemisphere autumn of 1996 in US as a 1997 model. 8)

I run Rugged Ridge bar on the rear of my TJ - bought it for AU$575

It is sweet, no rattles and I tow off it (not rated)
