shit a kelly floats getting a bit carried away isnt it..... it'll turn that concrete into an icerink when its got a bit of rallywoods mud on it? He should do a broom finish on it so we get a wee bit of traction in our muddy gumboots :wink:

huh? wtf is a kelly float, is that the same as an across thingy? :lol:

It one of those motorised floats thingys Jerry, it looks like a cross between a motor mower and one of those swamp buggy things. You use it when the concretes nearly gone off to make a glass like finish on the concrete surface :mrgreen:

I didn't know either so I had to look it up. I guess it gives it that super smooth surface that is cool to drive around on in the wet with a forklift :wink:

Got a towbar tongue handed to me, its not marcus's (his hillbilly style hilux :lol: ), any one else missing one?, anyone pick up a pair of vice grips??

Yep I think I remember correctly this time :oops: , it'll be Paul with the light green 40 series cruiser, he'll be coming back up there next weekend

What a very productive weekend, thanks for all the help we got! The concrete is looking good and will be ready for the building to start next weekend.

We will be in Friday night again if anyone wants to head up, gate should be open as well.

We are going to be moving the outside wall onto the nib and then doing the internal walls for the showers and toilets as well as cladding inside/outside and then the iron for the roof! It's gonna be very busy by the sounds of it!!

Note the video's have words that are R18! Thanks Deb and Sarah... :lol: :lol:
