surf rear wheel bearing

Where to start. I have a 90 surf that has oil leaking from the back right wheel. does anyone have any tips on
replacing the bearing and the seals and do i need to replace anything else in there cheers

You'll probably find its just the inner seal, and if you clamp then undo the rear brake line, undo the handbrake cable then undo the 4 nuts on the flange behind the brake drum you'll be able to pull out the axle assy and check it. its an easy thing to replace, and cheap to buy.

If you have to do the wheel bearings as well (and you probably should) you'll need to have the old ones pressed off and the new ones pressed back on... any 4WD shop should be able to do that for you. You can just take the axle/brake assy in and have it done since you've already removed it.
