60 series cruiser parts

if any one is interested pick a part lower hutt have this afternoon put a 60 series cruiser out to the public .its a 3b diesel with 5 speed and a full floater rear some quick thinking bugger (me ) scored the front disc assemblies but everything else is still there .if you want cvs all u have to do is pull them out of the housing,with the hubs gone all the hard work is done .it would be a cheap 5 speed for some one as well

Well yes but $$$ is a bit of a problem right now so was thinking of a cheap fill in for now

been back up today ,motor is a 2h so the 5peed is the same as a petrol one and the diff heads are still in it .they are standard 4.1 2 spider open heads

Are you absolutely sure?

Most of the imported 60's that had the 2h and 5 speed from the factory were 3.7's. (or so I was told). I got hold of some old 40 series diff heads to get my 60 to 4.1's. Just a point worth noting that is all.

if anyone wants it i have a word document about landcruisers (about 100 pages) which has heaps of info compiled about almost everything you need to know ie what model cruisers came out in what country and what all the nos mean on body plates etc .etc etc etc pm me if anyone is interested and i,ll email u a copy
