Rallywoods Working Weekend No 5 - 16/17/18 May

Post by Jerry »

Current state of the Green hut is plumbing is being done and the wood needs to dry out refer viewtopic.php?f=9&t=10210&start=30

This should be the last one up there to finish it all off, as we need it complete for the big ORE Queens Birthday weekend viewtopic.php?f=9&t=7681&start=150 (HAVE YOU BOOKED YET)

Rallywoods will be open on the 16th if you want to come in early and stay the night, if you need assistance getting into Rallywoods post up here and we will organise some meeting points,

For those staying the night(s) we can organise some rallywoods style roast veges, just bring a couple of bucks to help pay for it.

Bring builders tools etc, hammers etc...

Rules: no drinking and driving, don't drink if you can't handle your booze and cause issues, don't go driving the tracks up there alone.

An idea of numbers would be good, there may be people from other clubs there.
