Escudo Width

Hi, can anyone who is running 31s on their escudo tell me how wide it is ? just need to fit one on my trailer but dont know if it will fit -much appreciated, AL.

It depends what rim size you have. If you stick with your existing rims, just measure your existing track (tyre centre to tyre centre) and add the total width of ONE of the tyres you want to run.

I would suggest going to a bigger rim than standard though, I ran 15x7 with 30" and now run 15x8 (and bigger offset) with 31's.

Hi Ineil,
15x8 on 31s.Going to have a look at one to buy but no point in taking my trailer if its not going to fit on it,its out of town and is not road leagal so needs to be trailered.Used to cart my SJ on my trailer with room to spare just a bit concerned it could be a tight fit, cheers Al

Sorry about the late reply, I've been away from computer.

Mine is 67inches (1.70m) wide on 31x10.5's with 15x8 rims. Offset is pretty wide too so I doubt you will get one wider unless its really been toyed with.
